START was the annual
showcase for moving image work by film-makers and artists
of South West England and Kernow.
START festival exhibited a weird and wonderful selection
from around the region. Cinema and gallery programmes
featured Super 8, animation, experimental film, short drama,
documentaries, media installation and video art.
Plymouth Exchange was a transatlantic swapping of program(me)s with Plymouth Independent Film Festival in Massachusetts, USA in 2005 and 2006.
START was run by Plymouth film-makers Kayla Parker and
Stuart Moore.
