At the end of April, Sundog Media brought the ICO’s new touring programme Playing in the Light to Plymouth College of Art & Design. We’ve a long history of screening the best moving image work in the city and the south west through START, Plymouth’s independent moving image festival (1993 to present), and touring initiatives.
